魅影直播 recently welcomed Kaci Foster, former Executive Director of the Maysville-Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce, as Special Assistant to the President focusing on corporate and community relations.

Foster鈥檚 vast experience in government, community engagement, and leadership is enhancing our expanded community outreach initiatives.鈥
Foster brings experience in government, communications, and community development across Southern Ohio and Kentucky. Before joining Shawnee State, she led the Maysville-Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce, where she strengthened business partnerships and advanced regional workforce initiatives. She previously served as Field Representative for Congressman Brad Wenstrup and as Communications Specialist with Fluor-BWXT/InSolves at the Department of Energy鈥檚 Portsmouth Site in Piketon, where she supported public affairs and stakeholder engagement.

In 2024, Foster was named the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives Young Professional of the Year for her leadership in business and community development.
Foster completed undergraduate and graduate studies in government at Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky. She remains active in civic leadership through the Maysville Rotary Club, the United Way of Mason County Board of Directors, and the American Association of University Women of Mason County.
